
- Contact us to know the availability of the apartment(s) you’re interested in.
- We shall then inform you about the availability of the apartment and its rental conditions (cost, booking deposit and warranty deposit).
- The apartment will be booked for you only on receipt of the booking deposit, which can be made in different ways:
- By Western Union (branches all over the world; at post offices in France; consult the phone book of your region or else www.westernunion.com). If you choose this way of booking, we’ll be pleased to let you know how and where you can do it. This way of paying will assure you an almost immediate booking, since the funds reach us within an hour.
- By Visa. Please send us the information about your card by phone (514-526-0089) or fax (514-525-8060) and your booking will be immediate.
- By credit transfer. Please make sure with your bank that your transaction includes all the transfer fees to Montreal, otherwise you will have to pay them when you arrive, on presentation of the deposit receipt from our bank. If you request it, we’ll send you the necessary information about our bank. If you fax the receipt of your transfer to 514- 525-8060, your booking will be made immediately.
- By postal order. Booking when we receive the order (which may take several days, according to the country).
- By bank order. Booking when we receive the order (which may take several days, according to the country).
- On receipt of your booking deposit, we shall send you a booking confirmation (by fax, e-mail or the post, at your convenience) with the address and phone number of the apartment.
- The booking deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled two months before the date of the beginning of the normally rented period. For a cancellation made less than two months before due arrival, no refund will be possible.
- The owner or a representative will welcome you on the premises (please to send us all information about your arrival: air company, flight number, date and time, which airport). Together you will check the state of repair of the place and you’ll sign the seasonal rental lease. Then you will pay the balance of the rent as well as the warranty deposit. This must be paid cash, unless you are willing to pay for using your Visa credit card. As for the warranty deposit, you can pay it cash or by Visa (which won’t be negotiated). You will then be given your keys.
- Whatever the above mentioned arrangements are, the apartment will be available from 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival and until 12:00 pm at the latest on the day of your departure, unless you and the owner have made other arrangements.
- You will take possession of an apartment in which the cleaning will have been done; it will again be done after your departure. However, we ask you to leave the place clean. You could have to pay $15,00 an hour cleaning expenses if you don’t return the apartment in its initial state.
