Townhome with 2 bedrooms and closed office (possibility of 3rd bedroom), near the Jardins Vivaces de Charlesbourg, the Joie campground, and Highway 73. The entire home is for your exclusive use, with a very large backyard, an above-the-ground pool and a BBQ (you have to fill the tank). With a split-level design, the home has 2 bedrooms and a closed office large enough for a third bed if desired. The kitchen has lots of storage space and the island doubles as a lunch counter in addition to the dining room. Air-conditioned. Parking spaces for up to three vehicles.

With snow removal included for the parking spaces, and lawn care during the summer, this home is all-included and comfortable. Far from the crowd you are still close to all important services and highway access. The home is located near the new shopping center on George-Muir where you can also find everything you are looking for, or almost. Nearby, on Henri-Bourassa boulevard, you can find everything for everyone – from restaurants to pharmacies, from supermarkets to auto repair, this house has it all.
