Beautiful, comfortable, completely renovated and newly refurnished, this apartment on 2 floors is located in an ancestral home that is well maintained and in which you have your own private entrance and access to the back yard. Private balcony where no neighbors can see.

Inside you will find an open staircase leading to a very large bedroom with enough room for a home office. Queen-sized bed in the bedroom and sofa bed (double bed) in the living room. New kitchen cabinets and almost entirely new furniture, you will have all you need for a comfortable stay. In summer, the back yard is accessible and you can use the barbecue (propane not included). Bright and sunny, with lots of windows, the apartment is cozy and comfortable.

You are in the northern part of Lebourgneuf near Louis XIV Boulevard, a few blocks from highway A73 (Laurentian Highway), and also near the Jean-Talon Market in Charlesbourg. A few minutes away by car you will find Wal-Mart, Costco, Adonis (mid-eastern groceries), Provigo (grocery store), and several restuarants.
