Entering from the ground floor of a duplex, you will stay in a nicely renovated appartment with large rooms and access to the back yard and an outdoor clothesline. Two bedrooms will easily accommodate 4 people, plus 2 others if needed on the sofa bed. A home workspace will allow you to work from home. Big kitchen with lots of cupboards and a huge pantry, a dining room that can seat 6 with brick interior walls all around. In the bedrooms you will find comfortable Double beds (54in.). The appartment is on two floors - ground floora and one bedroom and a laundry room in the basement. Full of charm, this appartment will make you feel like you are far from the city while still being in the thick of things.
The heating is from hot water with large radiators. You will love the comfortable heat in the unit. As a bonus, you have a natural gas stove to warm your quiet evenings.
Parking is found on the street and one side of the street has no restrictions. You are located near the Centre Vidéotron, near the St-François d’Assise hospital centre, near several parks and just a few streets from the St-Charles River, the Anse-à-Cartier park, the Lairet park, and near the Cartier-Bréboeuf national historical site. The Place Jean-Béliveau and the Place de la Famille are also close by. For groceries you have Provigo on one side of the street and Maxi on the other. Walmart and Alimentation Escompte Impact will allow you to easily find all you need. You are a few minutes by foot from the Cégep de Limoilou.
And lastly, highway A973 and Wilfrid-Hamel boulevard will grant you quick and easy access to the rest of the city. The public transit system stops at the end of the street and the bicycle paths are a great way to enjoy staying in shape.
